INTELLIGENT DESIGN THEORY – CREATIONISM VS. EVOLUTION AND THE WORLD'S THREE MOST IMPORTANT YET MOST DISBELIEVED EVENTS
Chapter 7.
The Supreme Court Shall Make No Law . . .
The Constitution of the United States guarantees that nondiscriminatory teaching of Creation Science and Intelligent Design Theory and freedom of speech cannot be denied to schools. The power to legislate - - pass laws is specifically allocated in the U.S. Constitution to Congress; not the Supreme Court. What laws Congress cannot make are also stated in the Constitution. The Supreme Court is the judicial branch of our government, conceived as a counterbalance to the legislative branch. In this capacity it has the ability not to make laws, but to judge whether or not a law is being broken.
In 1947, the US Supreme Court violated the Constitution exceeding the role given them. It was then that the Supreme Court applied a term that is conspicuously absent from the U.S. Constitution - - - "separation of church and state". In doing so, the Supreme Court transcended their authority by making a new law. This illegal law discriminates against believers. The U.S. Constitution does not rule on separation of church and state.
Secular schools teach that life is an accident that evolved from chemicals. A discussion of whether these chemicals came by accident or came as a result of Intelligent Design is not allowed, based on discrimination and denial of freedom of speech against believers by the Supreme Court Justices' misinterpretation of the U.S. Constitution in 1947. Their interpretation, separation of church and state, appears to me that Congress (not the United States Supreme Court) cannot pass any law concerning a religion or establishing a religion; and cannot pass any law that prevents the free exercise of religion." According to the Constitution, neither Congress nor the Supreme Court may tamper with a religion, interfere with a religion, prevent a religion from being taught, prevent a religion from not being taught, prevent prayer anywhere on earth, prevent the prevention of prayer anywhere on earth, prevent the display of the Ten Commandment tablet in public places, or prevent the prevention of the display of the basic list of the Ten Commandments in public places. In other words, neither Congress (also known as the House of ill-dispute) nor the Supreme Court has any rights concerning religion in any way, except to allow its free exercise. Are we to believe that the Supreme Court justices have brains that are different from ours, and that we are incapable of understanding the Constitution?
Our Constitution clearly states that all rights concerning religion are preserved for the people - - the people who own or who do not own any property or who are delegated or who are not delegated to operate any public or private property or institution on earth have all rights concerning religion, according to the U.S. Constitution.
But, as St Augustine wrote on THE CITY OF GOD (413 -426 A.D.), " Accordingly, two cities have been formed by two loves: the earthly by the love of self, even to the contempt of God; the heavenly by the love of God, even to the contempt of self. The former, in a word, glories in itself, the latter in the Lord. For one seeks glory from men; but the greatest glory of the other is God, the witness of conscience. The one lifts up its head in its own glory; the other says to its God, 'Thou art my glory, and the lifter up of mine head (Psalm 3:3)'. In the one, the princes and the nations it subdues are ruled by the love of ruling; in the other, the princes and the subjects serve one another in love, the latter obeying, while the former take thought for all. The one delights in its own strength, represented in the persons of the rulers; the other says to its God, 'I will love thee, O Lord, my strength (Psalm 18: 1)'."
Today, a teacher in our secular schools even questioning or discussing whether life on earth is an accident or the result of an intelligent Creator could risk losing his or her job. As a result, what I have come to believe may be the true structure of the atom cannot be taught or studied because if one were to know how awesomely and intelligently the atom was put together it may lead students to a realization that a Creator exists. This is illegal violation of the Constitution, discrimination and hate crimes against believers and denial of freedom of speech.
Accident-believing Darwinians conceived the Bohr atom model, as we know it today. We know how to make atomic bombs and how to use the incredible power in atoms to make atomic energy, but we are not taught that an intelligent Creator may have made the atom. This book Intelligent Design Theory* gives an entirely new concept of the structure of the atom that introduces the possibility that the creation of atoms was not accidental.
Scientific discussions are introduced in this book that have nothing to do with the establishment of a religion or the prevention of a religion. First are ten different concepts of science and development based on Intelligent Design Theory. Then we discuss the discovery of rapid radioisotope decay events that changed the timeline of history. Flaws are then discussed in the interpretation of red shift of the light from stars that give totally different scientific concepts of the age of the universe and black holes. The age of the earth* is then examined using known scientific facts, including rapid radioisotope decay at different two times in the earth's history. The statistical odds of random events causing life are examined*. We then look at gravity in the interior of the sun* from a science viewpoint. We examine the structure of the atom based on scientific principles. Are atoms an accident, and where did they come from? This leads us to a logical explanation of gravity* and light*, electricity and magnetism*. The Anomalous Behavior of Water* provides scientific evidence that water is no accident. The Essentials for Life* also strongly indicate that life is no accident. Intelligent Design Theory cannot be studied in secular schools from a scientific viewpoint in contrast to the faulty theory of evolution. When a person studies enough about evolution to learn that most theories based on evolution are pure speculation and unproven, but taught as if they were fact, he or she begins to question everything one has been taught. Evolution is not proven; the courts should permit an investigation of the possibility of Intelligent Design.
The Scopes trial in Dayton, a small town in Tennessee was perpetrated by actors, including the famous lawyers William Jennings Bryan, Clarence Darrow and the ACLU with a pre-planned purpose of outlawing once and for all the teaching of creation theories in secular schools. The part-time teacher that admitted teaching religion never taught evolution, but testified that he did, because mention of Darwin was in a textbook that he used. The teacher received $100 for cooperating with the judge and the lawyers.
