Chapter 20: Creation Versus Evolution
US Supreme Court, the US Constitution and Separation of Church and State
Any Supreme Court Justice that does not understand the meaning of Amendment 1 of the US Constitution should be disbarred. This Amendment clearly says, "Congress cannot pass any law concerning a religion or establishing a religion; and cannot pass any law that prevents the free exercise of religion." To do otherwise is clearly a violation of the Constitution and discrimination and hate crime against believers. The US Supreme Court decision concerning separation of church and state is clearly a violation of the US Constitution.
To prevent the free exercise of a religion or the publishing of the Ten Commandments in any public or private place, whether funded or controlled by the U.S. government is clearly a violation of the First Amendment. To pass any law concerning a religion is clearly a violation of the First Amendment. To pass any law concerning establishing a religion is clearly a violation of the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
To pass any such laws without the ratification of such a law by the states is a violation of Article V of U.S. Constitution in which any amendments to the Constitution shall be ratified by the Legislators of three-fourths of the states. Article V of the U.S. Constitution says that when judicial Officers, including the Supreme Court, Senators, Representatives and members of state legislators are sworn into office, he or she must swear to uphold the Constitution of the United States, but no religious test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any office.
"The Congress, whenever two thirds of both Houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose Amendments to this Constitution, or, on the Application of the Legislatures of two thirds of the several States, shall call a Convention for proposing Amendments, which, in either Case, shall be valid to all Intents and Purposes, as part of this Constitution, when ratified by the Legislatures of three fourths of the several States, or by Conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other Mode of Ratification may be proposed by the Congress; Provided that no Amendment which may be made prior to the Year One thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any Manner affect the first and fourth Clauses in the Ninth Section of the first Article; and that no State, without its Consent, shall be deprived of its equal Suffrage in the Senate."
Separation of church and state is a revision of the U.S. Constitution and must be either ratified by two-thirds of both Houses of the US Congress or by three-fourths of the state legislators of every state. Any justice of the United States who violates either Amendment 1 or Article 5 of the United States Constitution should be impeached in accordance with Article II, Section 4 of the US Constitution. The US Supreme Court decision concerning separation of church and state is clearly based on ignorance of the Constitution and a violation of the US Constitution.
